Below are SSE’s ten submissions and slide presentation to the Commission between March 2013 and July 2014. A small selection of SSE’s correspondence with the Commission is also provided below. This is not provided in full because of its sensitive nature, which ultimately led to the departure of one of the members of the Commission on the eve of a High Court hearing of a legal challenge from SSE.
